Item Teleport [RMXP]

Im wanting to create an Item(just a simple item) that teleports you to a certain destination(EX: Use it if you want to escape a dungeon without the hassle of backtracking). very simple. yet im to stoopid to figure out how. lol. thanks for your help.

Yep, common events. But the event should be able to capture the gate you used to enter, or if you wanna create items for certain gates, it could be a good idea.
