Man, the new sailor scouts look kinda weird. Their arms and legs are really long and skinny, like slender man, and their waists are pretty much non-existent. RIP old art style

also Jupiter has brown hair ok that looks 2 red

That is the old art style.
The new anime is a new anime, not a remake of the old anime.
The designs are taken from the original manga.

I was talking about the anime, but even the original manga didn't look that weird... .__.

I can tell it's based off of the manga, but the limbs just look awkward in the new anime, and the transformation animation doesn't do it justice. The waists really do look smaller, too. I think the number one difference is the faces, though. The new anime gives them really pointy chins. B(

Also, I noticed that Jupiter's hair does match in the new anime but brown hair is kewl. B( I guess I could grow to like that odd red-pink-brown.

On that note... When I was little, I first taught myself how to draw from Sailor Moon (both the manga and anime). :B
