It just depends.  If I'm working on something, I don't touch RMRK at all but I sometimes check to see if there was anything interesting posted throughout the day, on occasions I'll leave the page open all day even if I'm not looking at it at that moment.
How many languages do you speak?  English.  I fail at Spanish but I'm getting better considering my girlfriend is mexican.
