i dont know what you are trying to say is but if you ment when speaking with npc and faces shows up try getting ccoas ums or slipknot msg system and this will provide you with almost everything about message.

Like showing a face set beside the text in your game

No, it's just because I made it transperant, and doing it the wya I did it (fast way), makes it look a little shitty, however, you can do it another way, which takes a little more time, but it doesn't do that,

Ok, when i make the Face with the biggest image size, and i save it into the system file.
When i open the faces, the image, it won't select the whole face, just a part of it.
*I saved it with a $ in front of it also.
And ideas??

It would probably help if you said which RPG Maker you were using. But, since you said something about $, I figure you're using VX, correct? If that is so, I believe that the $ command doesn't change the way facesets work, so you still have to make the faceset 4 faces wide and 2 faces high.

I would need to use photoshop or something to make it 4 faces wide and 2 faces high, correct?
