What technique did you use for the halo armor? I've been trying to make a pepakura set, but I keep getting scared off by all the tabs and folds and things. .-.

What technique did you use for the halo armor? I've been trying to make a pepakura set, but I keep getting scared off by all the tabs and folds and things. .-.

I used pepakura as a pattern made for foam and used an eva foam mat to make it. I've got details on my blerg. I elected to do foam because yeah...no tabs to deal with. That was nice. I tried testing it with paper which taught me quickly that I have no patience for tab and glue nonsense.

I was super proud of how it came out for a first attempt. My current turmoil of love is a cosplay of Tali from Mass Effect 1.
