[W] Gengar and other Ghost Pokemon [H] Shiny Dragonair

I don't know which ghosts are implemented yet, but I want all of them. I already have ghastly and haunter. I'd prefer to only trade the Dragonair for another shiny but I'd be willing to entertain other offers.

I have Misdreavus, but that's all I have atm. What would it take to move that shiny dragonair? o.o  lol
