The 2013 RMRK Awards

That time rolls around again! Time for the 8th year of RMRK's annual end of year awards

Some categories have been altered slightly, others have been dropped, and ultimately there are 27 different awards up for grabs for a whole host of subjects.

This years awards will run for a fortnight, with one week of nominations (Dec 11th - 8th), followed by a week of voting. On Dec 25th the results will come out.

There are a few guidelines you're encouraged to follow to make this easier for everyone involved:

1. Try and keep the spam to a minimum in the nomination threads.

2. You are generally allowed three nominations per award. These nominations can be individuals or groups as applicable. Use your common sense.

3. When writing nominations, try not to just give a name. Include reasons why you're nominating them.

4. When nominating someone, their full present board name should be included. A link to their profile is helpful, so other viewers can easily follow it and check that person out. The Member list now has searching functions, so this is pretty easy!

Is it broken? Why's nobody nominating lol. Apart from the site being dead of course.

I feel bad that I have so much to catch up on before I can pick out nominees for most categories. ;-;

So I just want to apologize for self nominations before.. I thought it would be acceptable if it fell into the proper categories, and could be "proven" why a nomination was possible. I didn't mean to sound like a jerk with an over-inflated ego though  :'(

It sounds like the nomination period will be closing shortly. Get those last few names thrown out there while you still can, especially for the few categories with next to no names still.
