Lurking lurker no longer lurking.

I figured it was time to reintroduce myself. I did some browsing when I took interest in RPG Maker back in 2011, but didn't pursue anything nor did I stay. Recently, after a couple of months lurking the forums and being a creeper, I've decided to stick around. Yay!

As of now, I'm using RPG Maker VX Ace -- which is actually a lot better than I expected. The database and general functions were a lot to take in, but I decided to grind far beyond the level needed to conquer that boss. I didn't have any sunglasses on me at the time, but I metaphorically put them on as I accomplished the first stepping stone. Since nobody has complained about their eyes bursting into flames when seeing my maps, I've decided to take interest in that as opposed to scripting.
