Victors Animated Battlers - Need Help please!

Hello guys and gals! 

So I have started working on making my own animated skills, but Im having a problem I just dont understand..
This script is called Victors animated battlers, so I guess you will need knowledge of this script to help me out.

Before I adress my issue, it might be worth telling you that I have included Holders Battlers for the character sheets.

So I have sucessfuly added these to my main character, and in the game the script and the Holders Battlers animations works perfectly. But when I add my own skill, there is something I cant get to work.. and I really dont understand why.

Now this part right here is where I must be doing something wrong (In the script). Everything is setup, and the skill works from start to end when I try it out in Battle.. but the thing is, that the correct pose is not showing properly.
If we for example take it from the script  I want my character to pose at row 12 at the start of skill activation which would be the following:

Character set for Razor:
[spoiler=][/spoiler]

But Its just not showing properly, same for the rest of the poses..

Anyone that might have an idea what the heck Im doing wrong? I figured Its a sprite charset since the original charsets are mostly 4x3 frames.. thats why I put mode as sprite.

Well, I don't know anything about that script, but generally, indices start from 0. The pose you have highlighted is row 10, not row 12. Maybe that's the problem?

Ye it was my bad.. I read thru the script again.. and all the rows are already named by default: idle= 0, attack= 1, danger= 3, skill= 7 etc, etc.. I was counting down and puting in the number of the row instead, and got it all wrong. Thanks to your post though I could figure that out so, thanks alot!

And yes, first of all I had made an error in the input, it was the wrong row to start with.. but since I use the default names now instead its easier to track down which row is which

So once again, thank you! Without your post I would probably still fail at puting in the correct poses
