As a cake aficionado who has admittedly made few cakes, I fail to see what's wrong with it. I mean, yeah, it's creepy, but from a technical standpoint, the fondant is nicely done. It doesn't wrinkle or crack. If you're talking about the exaggerated anatomical aspects, see my post above about the Venus of Willendorf.
