[VX] Quest Exclamation Bubble

I want to make my game so that it will show an exclamation bubble above a person when they have a quest. I tried programming it, but the bubble never showed. I don't need a one-time fix, just information on how to make this happen. Please and Thank You in advance!

Alright, that seems like it works, but I can't figure out how to call a script. (And I know this will be obvious.)

It's the last event command on the third page of event commands.
