how to add new item in Title Screen[XP]

could someone help me add new item i add a item i want a item
that there is some point like "Hints&More" or "Credits" or "MoreGames" like that so..... someone can help meh!

I'm pretty sure you would need scripting knowledge or a scripter to write this. It's probably already been made. /google /yahoo /bing /SEARCH FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE!

Here's the closest thing I could find. It didn't take me long to find it, either way.
