January POTM Voting

Once again, the community gets to make the final decision for January's Project of the Month! You each have 2 votes that you can change at any point in the proceeding. You are encouraged to post the reasons for the project of your choice and to try to persuade others. The poll expires on January 3.

Sorry for having so many this month. I forgot about it and so didn't have time to do the shortlist voting. I gave each member two votes to accomodate for the increased number, though.

Ties suck. We'll have to decide on some way to resolve them before next month. However, in this case, I am going to exercise the condition on which I allowed Locus to be renominated for this month (in opposition to the ordinary rules which disallow a project from being considered in consecutive months), and that was in the case of a tie, the other project would be given priority.
