I was wondering how you make those face graphics that has the body and neck like:

The first pic. See how it has the neck and arms? Yeah, well I wanna know how to do that.
If what I said is wrong, it's not my fault, cuz I'm using Google Chrome/Mozilla.

Ok, DON'T EXPECT HELP FROM ME~! I will perhaps rant a bit, but don't expect me to do graphics for you, even if I say I will... I won't.
