Yeah, it's sufficient. But you'd need to have the Japanese one open too, since the generator doesn't work on translate pages. At least, not with firefox.

Doesn't work in Safari either. Just tried it. All the images are broken if not Japanese.

Screenshot, there's no save button. I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere on that site as well.

Paint.NET is a good, free imge editing program. Really easy to crop in that.
