WHAT IS THIS? Its in the actor thing wher eu cvan chose things like Auto Battle and fix equip etc. WHat does thaqt word mean exactly? I checked the help file and it told me squat as usual.

Healing items are twice as effective. Try pressing F1. It pops up a help window at whatever you have selected somewhere in the database.
