So basically some of you crazier members wanted me to try and upload visual basic through a fileshare?  As if I could possibly do that?  I mean, do you have any idea what the ramifications of what you said are, I mean COME ON, its OUT OF THE QUESTION

DOUBLE POST NGRS.

I say for the music make it like medium rock like A Perfect Circle or Muse.

That would be good. :3

Just as a suggestion, I would advise you to have a different battle system than the ATB if it's due in a week. It would probably be best if you just did a turn based system like from RMXP or something. Less time constraining.

Anyway, what kind of resources do you want and I'll see what I can send you.

biohazard

I'm using RMXP resources, and any good custom ones would be appreciated.  And I already have music in the game, can't you hear it ?_?

ALSO UPDATE:
I've been told the project isn't due for about three weeks, so I have a lot more time than previously thought.

Jalkson

Something like this seems like it would take longer than 3 weeks. o_O

VB sounds interesting.  I might actually give it a download.

It seems you have a story worked out for the most part, though I probably can't help much there anyways.

If I can think of anything that could help, I'll let you know.

Zylos

At first there was a small problem that the introductio form would not load, but I was able to re-add it after loading everything else. The download looks good for a start, but I could not hear any music. I checked through, and realized that the problem is the media player URL's are incorrect. You have it searching for the song in a folder that only exists on your computer and not on ours, but the problem is easily resolved by renaming the URL's to the new folder.

Also, every time I leave a form that has music playing, the music still plays in the background under the new music; like when I click on New Game, the title music will still be playing while the introduction music is playing. I'm assuming this is because the form is still loaded even while the other forms are up. You might want to change the title buttons so that they stop the music, and change the "Return to Main Menu" button so that it brings the music back up.

Yes, I realized this after thinking about it.  I can fix that when I show it in class though.  I don't think this should take more than three weeks, as I'm only doing a small demo with the engine to show it off.
