need a character set, pwease? ^_^

i need a character that looks like this character set but without the floating and the crystal lol oh and if possible can you make the hair light blue for both character sets? if not its okay, thank you in advance!

I'm confused - if you don't want the crystal, and you don't want the floating, then you just want the woman, right?  Isn't the Elemental charset what you're after, just with colours altered?

And now that I re-read your original request, you mention at the end about making the hair blue for BOTH character sets.  So I'm guessing you want a "normal" character set that contains that woman, as well as the one you've posted, and to make her hair blue in both?
