Uhm, I got it in May, and its pretty much perfect for me. The piano sounds realistic, the guitar does too which is surprising. The drums sound perfect and pretty much every other tone is <3 except for gunshot and helicopter but those are just cheesy .-.
Recording your songs is kind of confusing though. Oh and the touch response can get annoying when your busting out a jam and you dont hit a key hard enough and nobody hears it ;__;.

Wait, the keys aren't weighted like a real piano, are they? That's what I was excited about, but I forgot the difference between touch response and what I really mean, weighted keys, lol. They're probably not weighted, for how cheap the price is.

There's gotta be a way to switch off touch response, though. My older Casio has touch response, and there's a button to switch it off...


I'd be using it more for writing, anyway, so that probably wouldn't bother me too much. I don't do much actual recording at home.
