What on earth is wrong with some people

An eight-year-old boy was raped twice and sexually abused by a boy four years older, a court heard on Monday.

Liverpool Crown Court was also told the 12-year-old forced the boy to have sex with an eight-year-old girl.

The accused, from Wigan, denies two rape charges and seven offences of indecent assault.

He also denies three charges of inciting the boy to have sex with the girl, eight. The offences allegedly took place between April and July 2005.

Baby Aaron was battered and burnt by his father



A father who battered and burnt his son to death has been given a life sentence after being convicted of murder.
Paul O'Neil, 33, from Newcastle, held the face of his three-month-old son Aaron against a gas fire after becoming jealous of the attention he got.

The judge said O'Neil, of Banbury Road, Kenton, should serve 22 years minimum.

Aaron's mother Jodie Taylor, 21, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years after admitting cruelty by failing to provide adequate medical attention.

O'Neil was also given sentences of 14 years for causing grievous bodily harm and five years for cruelty, with all the sentences to be served concurrently.

He had admitted cruelty, but denied murder and five GBH charges, between November 2004 and February 2005.

The jury of eight men and four women heard how Aaron was beaten and burned so badly that he died 92 days after he was born.

There was also evidence of a cigarette burn on Aaron's shoulder and a scalding injury.

O'Neil had used "unforgivable violence" against his son because he resented the attention the youngster was getting from his mother, the court heard.

The jury deliberated for two-and-a-half days before returning a guilty verdict on the charges of murder and of inflicting the burns to Aaron's face and hands.

He was cleared of one charge of inflicting GBH with intent - that of fracturing his son's legs.

The jury was unable to reach verdicts on three charges of GBH - inflicting two skull fractures and a rib fracture. The judge ordered these counts to lie on file.

The court heard Taylor was "trapped" in a relationship with the domineering O'Neil and was afraid to report what he had done.

in Australia there has been 3 acounts resently of people beating kitters almost to death, 1 was kicked, punched and tossed at a wall and left on a train tracks but saved., another was torhed by an old man, it was also kicked and ounch as well was being chocked. why beat up baby kitters, thats just fucked up

Consider this if you will. Worse things (from other perspectives) happen day after day. You hear of priests molesting children even though they have taken a solemn vow of celibacy. Michael Jackson, who has been tried for child molestation on numerous accounts and further evidence of child pornography on his computers.

I remember watching the telly one day and they had a brother and sister who's father had forced them to have sex with each other when they were 6-7 years of age.
