I've heard of this. All the sprites are made by some guy named Ahruon. I went to his site once, and he had a whole lot of sprites. Then I followed the URL at the end of the video, and I see he's added much more. He has sprites of like every character you can think of from an anime or a video game. This Card Sagas Wars thing looks cool.
