Neep Help! Urgently!

I know this has been troubleshooted many times but ive tried everything and it just dosen't work. I had the error Unexpected File Format so I made a new project and copied and pasted the Game.exe to the old project now it says Could Not Read Tilset Data then I copied the Map Infos from the new project to the old now it says Could Not Read Hero Data.  Has anyone got any soulution for this? I am not going to start my game again but from now on I will always backup!

Are all folders and files in the folders the same name?

copy EVERYTHING over in the data and resources.
