How do you use autotiles with RMXP? And also, could somebody please answer my question in my other thread under troubleshooting? Thanks.

autiles for what? outdoors indoors?

Grass is an outside auto tile, just click it on the left (will be up on top) and click on the right (on the map) and drag it
