Videogames are effecting peoples lives causing them to get fired at jobs effecting kids grades. Now I am not against videogames at all I play them more thanthe average person but do you think that they are out of control.

You can't blame something for decreasing grades, or causing a car accident, or anything. In the end it's all because of one person's decision.

but thats a matter of restraint, theres nothing physical in the video game, such as caffeine or tobacco, that causes an addiction.

How come every time a kid does something someone is blaming it on video games? It is true that some kids play video games more than they should, but you can't blame the games. Their parents should limit the time they get to play each day, if the kids are unable to control their playtime.

And oddly enough, the people that I know that are ultra gamers are lazy but get nearly 4.0 GPAs.

lol its true i mean when rockstar with there line of 'evil' games manhunt, GTA and bully when an accident that killed a kid they were blamed without notice i just find it funny that people can think games can influence kids and when somethings thats completely different the games get blamed.

Only way im gonna believe it is if kids start stealing random cars, able to fly planes without practice and die when jumping into water.
