I read somewhere that Muslims cut the "penis"(a part of it) of their children when theyre like 3 as a relegion thing, but not in medical.

The do a whole ceremony, and in the noise they just cut it and leave the kid crying after taping him..

Only when it's flaccid is there any real difference. When it's erect, it looks pretty much the same as a circumsized penis.
