Petition to ban Naphe so he can't come back.

I could place a ban on his username, IP or hostname (bad idea, he uses the same ISP as crank LOL), but they're all easy to get around.

Plus the forum is viewable by guests.

Also there's the argument that naphe technically hasn't done anything wrong.

"Naphe." wasn't a second account of Naphe's; it was a "funny" joke account made by BanisherOfEden.
