I suppose you would just want to put a voice clip into the database as a sound effect, and then play it during the animation you are using. For transformations, sift through the script pages I know there's one around somewhere... ;D

cant find the topic on transformations. i searched but i found some others that had nothing to do with it. Anyone know the page i can find it on, also i was wondering if there is any way to making additions, and using them in combat (like LOD)

That's odd you can't find it here. Try hbgames.org, and if you can't find it there, try http://www.dubealex.com/asylum/index.php .
Those two sites are a literal treasure trove of scripts.

I have done something like a Transformation script, but it transforms one character and removes the entire party similar like in FFX.

EDIT: To be exact, just find GuardianAngel72's post about Chaos Drive. That's it: I made a Chaos Drive System for him.

will do thanks, ok another question not as big, but how can i get rid of the initial sign at the begginging of a battle (fight/run) i got a diff script to choose actions in a different way and i want that on gone
