Chipsets not working

When I start a new project,  the chipsets from the RTP are not working.  If you go to the Map Properties, ,and select World or dungeon or any other one on the list, it does not appear in the preview box.  The box is just grey.  The map is all black because of this problem too.

any suggestions?

Check if you've removed em, or told no or something.
Reinstall the maker if it still no work, then reinstall the "installer" again.
