Is there a Way to make a Script for a Card Game Like FF7 & 8?

I hears someplace that its possible but I dont see how, If there is a way to make a game like that it would be Great to have a Script posted!

You might wanna try your luck on www.hbgames.org/forums . There are 2 scripters called SephirothSpawn and Trickster. I think one of them made a Triple Triad scirpt (the card game from FF8).
