The Guyver - Bio Storm



Basics
The story follows Sho, as per the Guyver Manga Cartoons... The only part that will be remotely simular is the start... Guy from Crono-Corp takes the Control Metal Egg things wastes two coppers gets hunted down by his mates from work and get blown to bits... the control metals get spread out, Sho finds one and becomes the Guyver...

I have found all the Battler images I need and I am slowly making the Car Sets for em, here's what I have done so far (I will make all edits to this first post graphic wise and Demo link wise - keep checking back)



















































































How I did the Above... I found the Battler Images and the face's, I had to do a fair amount of editing and tidying... The Char Sets I used RTP's from the editor like Cleric02 and Lancer03 and edited them to look like the battlers...

Things I need help with at the mo:-

Tile set of a Street
Char of a Jap School Girl

The Annyoing thing is I remember seeing all the above a little while ago...  

I got a school tileset, found it off Naramura, theres alot of other useful stuff there, check it out!

Cheers for the link... Blinking good site matey... I have downloaded a fair bit of stuff from there... Liked the Anim area... The Ball of Light Esp... I will use that effect I think behind Sho during Transform !!!

You wait en till you see the Bad Guys... I am working on them today... I should have a Hand full Soon... 

I have a few scripts I am using.... Message Window Script, Catapiller and the EXP rating anim one...

The grapghics are aminly custom...

Here's how you guys can help me... If you have watched the Guyver Cartoon's or films and you have an idea that was not exploited please post it here and I will see if I can fit it into my game and Story...

My Change that I have in mind, is when you beat Guyver Two you can then pick up Unit two (Even though its damaged) Get it repaired later on using a Downed Guyver ship and equipe another person with the suite...!!!

OK... Today I Edited all the images I ahve found Monster wise and made a Char from Gunner01 to look like the Chronos Soilders... I then made the Soilders Transformations for the first 4 Monsters...

I now need to start making the other transformations...

This is gunna take friken ages...!!!! Fan Games... Pah.... Hard work...LOL

I find fan games more easy, less work when working with characters and stories. I'm having a hard time with the storyline and events...and chars. God I lost my imagination while doing all this work I need to holiday to get it back

The Basketball court rules... I am gunna use some of the tile set you sent me to make slight changes to exsiting ones so I have all the blocking paths set... well thats the plan at least...

Things I will do next... More Monster Morph Anims... Buy the Manga Cartoon box set and watch it (Aint seen it in years)...LOL... Make some Custom Music files using a multitude of Ejay Programs... 

Make an Intro... Make Sho's School mates, the Fat lad and the Chick...LOL (I will find their names eventually... )

...Yeah, I'll be playing this.

I have the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off work and I am using that time to make some of this game and to start making some custom battlers for another title of mine called Ghost Hunter X... I am also making some battlers for some of the standard RTP char's in XP for another users game on here called Crimson Chaos...

First:
Glad I helped! Though you would of found them anyway if you just searched a bit (took me 2 months to find the link through random page opening....could of gotten alotta durgs..I mean infected files)

Second:
I want demo! I want demo! I want demo! I want game! I was game! I want game! Title screen looks kick ass!

Humm... Those links I doubt I would have found... Thanks loads for them...

As for a Demo, I am at the mo collecting up all the resources and messing about with the look and feal... trying to cross mo-jo-alate the custom style I am using with the RTP sets... I figure the tile sets you gave me cutting and mixing them as Char Sets so you can adapt the origianl RTP sets... I am working on Lamp posts and cars at the moment... Trash can, Dumpsters and hydrants etc... its taking me some time...

I may make a demo of the intro and say up to the point of the end of the battle with Enzyme... At that point thiats when this game stops having much in common with the guyver story and you can do what you like when you like...

I may even add in a choice of siding with Chronos and taking out humans... not sure yet... I was hoping to get more idea's from people on here... try and think what you would do with a Guyver suite if you was Sho ?...

Me I would enter UFC and kick Arse !!!... Heck I may just add that...LOL !!!

UFC = Unidentified Fly Car? Lol. I'll go to a halloween party and win best dressed...lol, wonder if your gonna take that idea, its free to use, though might cost some more modifications, like his mother finding his suit and Sho telling a lie about a party and so on........what a comedy!

The Halloween Idea would rock... but the suite lives inside Sho, so there is no chance of his Mum Finding it... He has large Welts on his back that the suite shoots out of and grafts onto him...

By the way, I think one of the RTP clerics has a char-sprite set more similar to that second character you posted there; just have to change the hair color.

Guyver's been my favorite Anime since its original release in 1989.   Would be great to finally see a game of it pop up in some shape and form.

Can't wait for the demo, etc.   Looks like its going to be brilliant !

I have a mate working on some custom music... I was gunna do it myself but he offered...

I also have the Starting Jap Theme Tune and the End Song so I will add these in the game some place... May be a Juke box in a pub or some thing...?

Today I have made some School like windows from the tile sets Winged found me... I have made them animated... Hope you like them

awsome editing and the custom music sounds great! I had a friend working on the music for me, but he was busy when he started a MMORPG so he didn't have the time anymore.... he was awsome....*sniff*
