Can some one make my chara work? Please help.

I put this guy together and I was wondering if someone could make it the right size to
upload it onto RPG maker 2003.
If you help me out I will give credit to you in my game.
LOL, I wish I knew how to do this, if you could could you also tell me how to do it for next time? Thanks.

If you try to open one of the RTP chars, or a template chars of battlers, then you can find the correct sizes and places.
