    • Ling Ling looks almost exactly like pikachu IMO. So just get a pikachu sprite. Then use photoshop to darken pikachu's yellow into Ling Lings orange. It's not too hard.

    • Ling Ling is so cool. Just get a pikachu and change the color to orange and change his eyes too. There are a lot of places to find pikachu sprites.
