Dressing up Ramen is one of my favourite things to do. If you can find it, and it strikes yer fancy, try this.

Yoo wul nead:
Thai fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce

The Ramen itself (I make my own but Maruchan works just fine)
A handful of mini colored peppers
2 green onions
a parsnip
Some kind of meat. I use brown 'n' serve breakfast sausages, but you can use anything you like- as long as it's been cooked already!

Boil 3 cups of water (or so) with 1/8 cup each of the wet ingredients- you know, the sauces. While that's boiling, get yer favorite bowl and IN THIS ORDER layer the noodles, chopped green onions, sliced colored peppers, and shaved parsnips. Trust me here. On top of all that is whatever protein you like, unless it's an egg- eggs go on after the noodles have steamed.

Pour the boiling water over the noodles and cover the bowl. I usually use a matching plate. Now go check up on your unread messages on RMRK. When they're all read, your noodles ought to be done.

The flavour should be distinctly Asian, and looky there! It's nutritionally balanced!

Dang bro. That's intense.

We ate homemade chicken noodle soup served with a ridiculous amount of crescent rolls. I'm stuffed.

I became a bunny for an hour or so. I had a big effin salad.

I buy this lettuce that comes with 4 different colors; standard green, purple, yellow-ish and a lighter purple/green combo. I can't tell the difference in the flavour, but it looks so purty in me bowl.

Aaaaand then I totally made it un-fat-free by adding feta cheese, among other things. But it was yummah.

White chicken chili with cornbread!

Texas!

EvilM00s

There is something decidedly comforting about cornbread.

Currently dining on dill-salt crust tilapia, a baked potato stuffed with a chive/feta cheese/butter sauce and a small helping of german sausages in creamed sauerkraut.

Last night I had Katsu curry and ebi katsu (bread crumbed chicken + sweet japanese curry sauce + butterfly prawns) at a restaurant called wagamama's and tonight I had sausage, beans and chips :O

PhoenixFire

Wild rice, chicken cubed up in small pieces, some ginger and curry seasoning, red and green peppers, and those tiny "baby corn" things... It was delicious...

EvilM00s

Ever been to the Olive Garden? You know that Zuppa Toscana they make? I dunno how authentic it is, but I made some. It was awesome.

yuyu!

That sounds awesome! :gracie:

Technically this isn't "last night", but tonight I made some shake n bake pork with mac n cheese, lima beans, and pineapples at the side. It was awesome and I think I actually hit most of my food groups. :ladyj:

Tomorrow, man.

It can wait. There's always time for crackers, remember that. The tradition will forever be practiced.

EvilM00s

Fried tilapia, asparagus, hummos and a side salad with this dressing I made from nothing but tahini and lemon juice. I must remember to relax on the lemon next time.

I had some coffee that made me tres hyper and Belvita. They're these whole grain healthy fruity thinguses. Flat and crispy, filling and cheap.

yuyu!

Panera bread is great! :ladyj: Malson and I just went there the other day and I had their Bacon Turkey Bravo.

I miss having Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate chip muffins for breakfast... alas, too much heartburn and not enough nutrition.

Spagheti bolognese on top of a chik'n patty, so kinda chik'n parmesan, as well. Yes, I said chik'n, it's meatless.

My answer for the past several years, and probably next several years... I had coffee for breakfast. Rarely do I eat something solid as breakfast.. It usually turns out that I won't eat anything until later on, and by then it's usually late enough to be considered lunch lolz

tSwitch

beef ramen
italian bread with sharp cheddar cheese on it
a donut
cheesy crackers
string cheese
