World Map

I need a Script or Tutorial that will let me go to a world map where you can choose where you want to go in the world, anyone know what i mean?

First of all you need a worldmap tielset. Then just make an overworld and use the teleport command to change between overworld and other maps, just like you use the teleport command normally for map changing.
