need battlers (rmxp)

i need a far better looking for fighter 06 (rmxp)
also a manga style small face image for her (using ff7 menu style script)
and another small face image for thief 02

can any1 do that?
(i wouldn't mind having a better battler for thief 02 but that's just optional )
