Moods Theme Challenge

I like it! B) It sounded more lonely at the beginning, and more adventurous by the end. Maybe da cute box guy on the cover picture decided to fix his loneliness and embarked on an epic adventure to find more box people?

This is my lonely track. It's shorter than Halo's lonely track and it doesn't have as many THINGS as it but I like to think I CAPTURED the EMOTIONAL ESSENCE of loneliNESS.

I'm not sure if it was the compression or my speakers or whatever but everything came out punchier than I wanted.

Pacman, your lonely theme seems to convey a completely different kind of loneliness than Halo's. His song sounded more sad, yet determined or slightly more optimistic. Your song sounds depressed, as if the feeling is inescapable. Both are very, very beautiful in totally different ways! ;~;

That's my favorite part of this challenge so far: comparing how different people interpret different emotions. Or at least...how they convey them!

I've really wanted to work on these things and I've had a bunch of ideas for most of them, but my laptop set fire to itself so I have no access to any notation / production software. Of course creativity strikes when it's most impractical. All of my uni work I've had to do on manuscript, which is probably a good thing, but I'm pretty sure very few people will want to look at my interpretation of these moods on paper. Also I don't want to waste all my paper. Manuscripts books aren't free guys.

So I still want to do all of these, it's a great exercise, but my laptop has entered a different phase in its life. The molten phase. Huehuehue.

There were a lot of technical difficulties when I worked on that one, for some reason. Stuff that just would not work no matter how many times I tried that I've never encountered before. I gave up trying to resolve them, but I don't think it's noticeable for most people.

I've been wanting to continue working on these, but I got busy and then I got sick and I'm just now getting back into the swing of things. Maybe I'll have another one, soon. I was thinking of working on Fear next.
