Dark Souls is great, despite a few flaws

The series always gets better as you go further, and you're able to stand up to tougher stuff

Dwarra?

Dark Souls is the shit, make sure you read all the item descriptions. The lore and backstory is very rich but it's also pretty ambiguous and you have to look for it.

I killed the gargoyles, but didn't know what to do next. Looked around for a while, died a bunch, then I stopped playing.
I enjoyed what I did play.

it's sad that it's become so uncommon that it's refreshing to play a game where they just sorta say "here, you figure it out bitch.  Explore a bit, I won't tell you when you've wandered into a high level area, you'll realize it soon enough. Here's how you control your character, you figure out the rest."

Also I'm at the Capra Demon :(

Maybe. I haven't played it for about a year and a half, so I have no clue what I did last.

Yesterday I learned that I had been playing Dark Souls 1.0 when I asked my friend why "Required Souls" in the level up screen didn't actually show how many souls were required and he told me that it did. I updated and enemies started dropping twice as many souls and the menu was fixed.

Also boe you should resume playing.

I do feel bad for forgetting that. I'll punish myself accordingly.

After placing my copy of Dark Souls into my PS3, I realized I was wrong.
I have not defeated the gargoyles. I did kill the hydra, for some reason. Does he drop anything?
Like I said, it's been like a year and a half since I played last.

I guess I'll keep throwing myself at the gargoyles until I can make them become dead.

You can summon Solaire for the fight outside the door, if you're human.

While at job corp there was a lot of time doing nothing, and I would watch other people play video game. I've seen people beat them, so I knew about SunnyD helping in that fight.
I only have one humanity, so if I do try the fight I'll have to be sure about it.

Sophist

The rats underneath the bridge leading to the Undead Parish drop humanity, if you desire to respawn them using the bonfire until you have a fair amount. The gargoyles can be tough but just take them one at a time. They will focus on Solaire often enough for you to do some damage to one.

Irock

why are you fighting the skeletons

damn

Gaming Princess Luna

I killed the guy on the bonfire allways first, hate that arrogant guy. :D
The skeletons are pretty tough so far. The other way is way easier. ;)

After all this game is still very awesome, completed it once on X360, now I want to do the same with the Prepare To Die Edition on PC. ;) (\s/)

Sophist

Also all skellies are hard to beat without blunt weapons, like a club or hammer. Don't underestimate the usefulness of maces and morning stars.
