A very rough idea of how to put patterns on your tiles. 
Basically, take your image, make it bigger, paint the shiz out of it then shrink it back.

Oh, hell. Is that all there is to it? I thought there was... like, I dunno... some kind of Pythagorean algorithm or at least a sacrificed animal involved.
