[Request] [VX but in XP-style] Elegant Looking Emperor in Heavy Armor

I have a simple request (hopefully). I need an Emperor clad in heavy armor (no helmet), cape, whole nine yards for VX but I want it in the XP format (the taller sprites, same set up for VX for the sheets, etc).

I don't have much of a reference picture, as anything would do but I do have a small list of things it should contain/meet:

1. Visible Heavy Armor
2. Flowing Cape that can be noticed
3. Ornate/Elegant/Exquisite look to the armor
4. Xp-Format sprite (Taller) but character sheet format for VX ()

I didn't want to upload the whole sheet but that is the style I would like it to be. Please and Thank You.
