Easiest way to convert RTP sprites.

Is there a really simple way (like a program or something) to convert RTP sized sprites to Mack sized sprites? I tried resizing them and they come out blurry.

Tick the Smoothly interpolation option, should work fine.

Still a tiny bit blurry but it's barely noticeable, thanks for the help.
