Hp/Mp becoming red before decreasing, image based

i would like to request a script (or a link because i couldn't find it ) that makes the Hp/Mp bar red before it decreases like in the example i made
and it would be best if it was image based, i found a demo srgss2_demo101 http://www.mediafire.com/?de7ta5zyfpdu0ak that does all this but i wanted the Hp/Mp bars to be Vertical and they are Horizontally aligned.
and the faces should be on the left side with the names overlapping them.

In the DBS, I didn't think you saw your actors when their health was going down as it was just the battle message window, so your request really isn't detailed enough since the only time you'd ever have the opportunity to see health of an actor change is when you are healing them in the menu.

It seems like you're actually requesting an entirely new battle HUD, so you need to be a lot more detailed.

sorry i'm no good at explaining stuff ;p
all i ask is for someone to change the code of the battle HUD so that the HP,MP , Char names and stats ...etc are aligned Vertically and not Horizontally as in the demo i link to.
