ABS Sprite Requests

I am looking for anyone who is good at creating sprites (full CharSets) using regular images as a guide.
I need the following images made into sprites:

(Note: I don't want regular sprites, like a basic rat or bat and such, I need these to look similar to the pics I give, thx smile.gif
And I HAVE searched Google and other sites, could not find suitable ones)
