[RM2k] How to keep an image in its place

I have a switch that when turned on shows an image.
However when my character walks away, and the map starts scrolling, the image stays in the same spot on my screen instead of it staying in the same spot on the map.
Any ways to fix this?
Go beyond the impossible, and kick reason to the curb!!
