combining 2 scripts

i would be grateful if someone would combine these two scripts for me
both of these scripts are menu scripts and they are ModernAlgebra's Full Status CMS and Final Fantasy 13 Menu by Shanghai

the Final Fantasy 13 Menu requires 2 images and they are here and here
the things i want from the Full Status CMS is the full status look[spoiler=like this][/spoiler] and the way that commands are set up in the script
the things i want from the Final Fantasy 13 is the background look, the gold and location and play time that is at the bottom of the screen, the help window at the top of the screen, the command set up on the left of the screen. Instead of showing the 4 actors i want it to show the full status look from ModernAlgebra's FullStatusCMS[spoiler=like this][/spoiler]
