Aye, FF8 i believe is the only FF game that has one monster that is a recolour, (not counting the soldiers obviously)


also the new three Looks Awesome,

actually theres a few recolours, Elnoyle is a recolour of elvoret, red giant is a recolour of iron giant, catobleabas is a recolour of behemoth an the propergators have 4 different colour variants, also omega weapon is very similar to ultima weapon, but yh this game had the lest amout of recolours 4 sure

i'm sure the iron giant and red giant have a few minor changes, The Catobleasbas i'm Sure it was bigger as well as one of the horns slightly damage, But again it was a long time i forget these things,


just curious, what are you planning to do after you done all/most of the FF8 monsters/bosses?

Yh they are quite mior tho, mainly patterns on them, which is much better than a simple recolour i guess..

No idea atm.. rekon itl be at least three odd months till that happens lol.. Maybe ill have a crack at 10's monsters..

Again, more very well done sprites, However the Ester (think it spelt like that) Soldier,  axegunsword thingy seems a bit too small.

Esther*  I think its about right tbh, Sizing them is kinda tricky, i see what you mean tho, its a simple update and ill get on it soon, think im done with the demo for now untill i get making some more battlers, Btw every 1 please check the demo out

well, i played the demo a bit, I have noticed a problem with  the Drawing, I.e Squall zell and irivne in party, all use Draw cast, Squall does all of the casting, But if i draw cast cure, Only Zell and irivne get cured,

Anyway, Just curious, Would you do any Request out of a FF game?

Yh i probs shulda mentioned that, soz.. it was either actor index 1 or all actors.. and that would suck.. couldnt find anyway round it lol, so if any 1 has any ideas let me know,

Anyway, Nice new GF's however they don't seem to mix with the existing onces, Then again it might help if you tell us a bit about the backgrounds

(Talos to me seem the most suited since Talos is a Mythical beast/tale In greece of a Giant Bronze Man which mix in with the rest of the GF's since they're ethier  from myths or are gods.

im not sure thats from final fantasy.. ill only do final fantasy battlers.  Chronos was also from myth tho, he was a god of time before the titans were overthrown by the gods of olimpus
the wikepideda also says he is often depicted as and old man with wings.. Nd geexard king fits i think.

And That somthing new to me about Chronos Lol,

however about the other one, It not really.

Tonberrys and Cacutars are Long time recurring enemies, Just like Gilgamesh (but he was a GF in FF8)

and Tonberrys are known for being Deadly (mainly Due to Karma / everyone Grudge and the infamous DOINK!) and Cacutars are known for being rare to fight, and kill, as well as the fact they contain good EXP / Gil rate.

Yh well i figured id make a geezard gf.. because those are already gfs in this game, i could have selected a monster like arhiman than appears in most of the final fantasys but i wanted to make a geezard cause i think there cool looking i guess.. I know his battler graphic is a bit blured but other than that i like it. Yh ill make a kefka for ya... what form we talkin here?

I am curious to see how  you do create it considering it's orginial a 32 Bit graphic.

well i assumed you was doing that little grass thing that you find in the forrest which has a closely the same name as the one you set,

and yes i was requesting a FF1 Chaos mainly cause that one is the only Decent looking one in my opnion xD

Nope a mangdora was a plant like baby creature from myths.. i forget which ones..
And i think the dissida one is loads better and alot less yellow..

Well Chaos  colour depends on which game
Orginal FF1 it aws yellow,  PSP remake was yellow brownish, And the GBA remake was Brown grey.

Thanks i think the white catuar was actually in final fantasy 8 but in the debug room as a hidden troop
