In game Title?

I hope I put this in the right place...

Anyways I was wondering if its possible to put a title in during the game like for example when someone leaves one area to go to another it says: continue or stay here.

Example: Jacob leaves the farm to go to the hills after he leaves the farm map a title screen pops up : Hark Hills, with two options Continue to hills or Stay at the farms.

I hope I made myself clear.....

Can't you do that with a picture? Just show a picture of Hark Hills, then a "Show Choises" command with the options 'Continue' and 'Stay'.

That's the way I'd do it. Unless I'm mistaken, it's the easiest way to do it also. It's the way I have my title come up.
