If it wasnbt a paypal payement system i would, as paypal sort of are holding money of mine :S and so id rather not use them

I'd setup WePay, but they're US only for now.

It would also allow a group account thing, where all admins can track / see what happens.

If it was direct credit/debit, I would also do it. I don't use Paypal or anything like that though.
