im trying to make a game based on Phantasy star online. but i cant find any of the tilesets or charsets i need.
does anyone know where i can find the resources?

If Spriter's Resource doesn't have it, it's probably not available.

i already looked at the site and PSO isnt listed. it's kinda obvious since PSO isnt a 2d game therefore, doesnt have sprites

In that case, I'm confused as to how you will use them for a VX or XP game, which I can only assume you are using to make your game.

Ya know, you could check TSR's sibling site for some textures of PSO. (http://www.textures-resource.com/)

It has a good amount of character textures. (Also has Monster and Map/Level Textures)

You could use those, and just re-edit them to your liking.
