Mapping: Please Help!

Alright I have this tileset I found awhile back and it is really starting to anger me a lot. I've been trying to make a decent house out of what's given and I just cannot figure it out. I don't know if it's just the tileset itself or something I am doing wrong.

This is what I keep getting...

I don't know if you can tell but the "A" shape on top of house just does not look right. Like some of the tiles are darker or just completely different...[/spoiler]

If someone could demonstrate how the house tileset is supposed to be used or if it's just a piece of junk please post and let me know.[/spoiler]

Yeah... I think it's junk... They weren't uniform in making the set... I mean, you just can't use the second set of roof tiles, but the first set (the horizontal and A shapes) are fine... They just screwed up methinks... Either that, or they expect you to be very creative...

EDIT: Yeah, it is crap... The way it is done makes the perspective screwed up and looking not right, even if the colors matched up.
