copy and paste scripts not working

This is probably a question with a very simple answer but I can't seem to copy and paste code from the little code windows. When I paste it in rpg maker vx, it all bunches up in one line. Am I doing something wrong?

This is actually an IE problem rather than a RPG Maker issue. We're currently looking into it to see if we can fix that. In the meantime, try checking if you can manually copy/paste instead of using the select button, and if not, switch to another browser temporarily.

Chrome is better anyways.  I've never had trouble copying scripts with Chrome.
